Consultant Statement of Interest

Thank you for expressing an interest in providing consultant services for the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT). To be eligible to provide consulting services, your firm needs to supply a complete Statement of Interest (SOI) to the WYDOT Engineering Services office. Your SOI package should contain the following:

•    A completed WYDOT Statement of Interest questionnaire (Form CS-6)
•    A company brochure about your firm's overall experience (if available)
•    Resumes of your key personnel

If your organization is a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), a copy of your Wyoming DBE certification letter must accompany the SOI. Certification of DBE firms is done through the WYDOT Civil Rights Office. Please call (307) 777-4457 for additional information. To obtain an application, click on the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Application link below.

Certain professions (engineering, surveying, architectural, geology, etc.) require that companies and persons-in-charge who oversee work done in Wyoming must be licensed in Wyoming in order to solicit business within Wyoming. Therefore, if any work codes with an asterisk under Item 17 of Form CS-6 are marked as services your firm provides, then the corresponding Wyoming licenses for the company and person-in-charge must be obtained prior to submitting the Form CS-6 and should be listed under Item 13.

Your SOI must be renewed every two years to stay current in the WYDOT registry, or you may update it more often if key personnel or your firm's capabilities change.

If you are interested in providing services for WYDOT, send electronic documents, preferably pdfs, of your Form CS-6, company brochure, and employee resumes to the following email address:

For additional information or questions, please call (307) 777-4488.

Cordially,
