Local Public Agency Certification
In order for entities to be eligible to receive Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP), Congestion Mitigation Air Quality Program (CMAQ), and section 5339 (Bus and Bus Facilities) funding, an employee of the entity must attend and successfully complete a Local Public Agency (LPA) Certification class. The class is offered twice a year (spring and fall). A registration link can be found on the Wyoming Technology Transfer Center’s webpage.
Certifications are valid for three years. After the initial three-year period, a one-time extension may be requested with this form.
