Criteria used to measure goals toward agency objectives

New Intiative	A goal to create a plan or action that currently does not have a mechanism for measurement.	Strategic Planning Team + Program Administrators -- Collaborative Management and Reporting
Process Improvement	A goal to improve a current process or framework that will ultimately achieve an increase in productivity or efficiency in subsequent years.	Strategic Planning Team + Program Administrators -- Collaborative Management and Reporting
Percent Increase	A goal to increase an outcome/output that already has a mechanism for measurement in place.	Program Administrator Management and Reporting
