Support Services Division

The Support Services Division consists of three public facing, dynamic programs designed to meet travelers diverse needs. Driver Services, Motor Vehicle Services and Compliance and Investigation work together to provide licenses, permits, Commercial Driver Licenses (CDLs), license plates, and more. The Support Services Division ensures customers have the necessary resources and tools to utilize our infrastructure to explore Wyoming and return home safely.  Without these crucial services and documents, our community members could not maintain their quality of life. Despite crowded lobbies and tight deadlines, this dedicated workforce stands out for their relentless positivity and commitment to excellent service. The Support Services Division understands that upholding thisf undmental part of the greater WYDOT mission requires seeing each individual customer, not just processing numbers. Guided by this philosophy, the division has developed a strategic plan focused on improving the customer experience by evaluating legacy processes and utilizing enhanced public engagement and feedback.
