Planning & Programming Program

The Aeronautics Division Planning and Programming is responsible for providing oversight of airport planning, environmental and land projects; administering the continuous system planning program; developing the Wyoming Aviation Capital Improvement Program; and leading the state's BlackCat Aviation grant and project database. 

Purpose Statement:

To ensure development of a safe, long-term, and viable statewide system of airports.

Program Goals:

• Plan a safe and secure integrated aviation system to support current and future demand
• Exercise good stewardship of our resources
• Serve our customers, partners, and state.
