FTA DBE Goal

In accordance with requirements of the U.S. Department of Transportation as set forth in 49 C.F.R. Part 26, as amended, the Wyoming Department of Transportation Disadvantaged Business Enterprise goal for the applicable construction, professional services and procurement contracts will begin on October 1, 2023 and end on September 30, 2026. 

WYDOT’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Federal Transit Administration Annual Participation Goal through September 30, 2026 will be 2.0% utilizing an all race and gender-neutral program.
