WYDOT’s Civil Rights Program is responsible for the administration of the Title VI requirements which include: Limited English Proficiency (LEP), Environmental Justice, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Prevailing Wage, Contract Compliance, and the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (DBE).
