Licensing and Bonding

Before conducting business in Wyoming, every supplier, distributor, terminal operator, importer, exporter or dealer of motor fuel must obtain a license. The motor fuel application must be completed, and a fee of $25 per fuel type per location must be submitted to the department for approval. Corporations planning to distribute fuel in Wyoming must be registered with the Secretary of State.
