Prequalification for Highway and Building Construction

Parties interested in bidding on WYDOT construction projects must first be prequalified through WYDOT's State Construction Office.

     To bid any project as a Prime Contractor, the contractor is required to self-perform a minimum of 30% of the physical work.

     Highway Construction Prequalification is required through the WYDOT iCX application.
