- No minor (anyone under the age of 18) shall operate or ride on a motorcycle unless he is wearing protective headgear, of a type that is approved, securely fastened on his head.
- All motorcycles are entitled to full use of a lane of traffic. The operator of a motorcycle shall not overtake and pass any vehicle in the same lane occupied by the other vehicle unless it is another motorcycle.
- No person shall operate a motorcycle between lanes of traffic or between adjacent lines or rows of vehicles.
- Motorcycles shall not be operated three or more abreast in a single lane of traffic.
