Local Public Agency Info
Local Public Agency (LPA)
The LPA certification program is offered by WYDOT Local Government Coordination office and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to ensure a subrecipient agency has a fundamental understanding of the requirements in executing state and FHWA rules. The National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) is required on all projects that have a federal action.
