The Wyoming Aeronautics Commission will meet for a business meeting and to attend the Wyoming Airport Operators Association (WAOA) conference in Casper.
Commissioners will attend several events related to the WAOA conference Sept. 11-13 at the Casper Ramkota Hotel, 800 N. Poplar Street, before convening for a business meeting Sept. 13 after the WAOA conference ends. The business meeting is tentatively scheduled for 10 a.m. and will be held in the Casper Ramokta Hotel South Ballroom directly after the conclusion of the WAOA conference and general assembly.
At the business meeting the commission will vote on Wyoming Aviation Capital Improvement Program (WACIP) budget modifications for fiscal year 2019 and 2020.
The commission may hold an executive session at the end of the meeting if necessary.
Commission meetings are open to the public.
The commission’s next meeting will be Dec. 16-17 in Cheyenne.

The seven commissioners, appointed by the governor for six-year terms, approve grants and loans of state and federal money for airport construction, maintenance, improvements, marketing and air service enhancements.
The commission holds six in-person meetings each year.
