Bridge repair work to begin on I-80, lane closures to be in effect

CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Work to repair two bridges on Interstate 80 in Cheyenne will result in lane closures both on the interstate and on surface streets in the city.

Crews with Reiman Corp. will begin working on the I-80 bridge over U.S. 85/South Greeley Highway and the bridge over Waltersheid Boulevard on Monday, June 10.

Work will take about two weeks, weather permitting.

During that time, lane closures will be in effect on I-80, US 85, and Walterscheid Boulevard. Drivers should follow posted traffic control.
