Burns and Egbert interchange work to impact motorists

CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Crews with the Wyoming Department of Transportation and Simon Contractors will be detouring motorist by the Burns and Egbert interchanges along Interstate 80 beginning Monday, July 7th and Wednesday, July 9th, weather permitting.
Crews will be closing the eastbound on and off ramps at the Burns and Egbert interchanges to perform joint sealing of the concrete pavement beginning Monday morning. Work is to be performed during the following times:
Monday, July 7th:
- Egbert eastbound on ramp closed 7 am to noon
- Egbert eastbound off ramp closed noon to 4 pm
- Burns eastbound on ramp closed 7 am to noon
- Burns eastbound off ramp closed 11 am to 5 pm
All WYDOT project scheduling is subject to change, including due to adverse weather or material availability.
