Closures remain in effect due to Badger Creek Fire

LARAMIE, Wyo. – Two road closures on the WYDOT system remain in effect in Albany County due to the ongoing Badger Creek Fire.

WYO 230 and WYO 10 remain closed between Woods Landing and the Colorado state line. The roads closed earlier this week. (In Colorado, Colorado Highway 127 is closed from the Colorado 125 junction to the Wyoming state line except for local traffic).

It is unknown when conditions will be safe for the two highways to reopen. Travelers are advised to use alternate routes.

As of Thursday evening, June 14, the fire is at 14,960 acres.
