Portion of Interstate 25 in Casper to close overnight to continue sewer upgrade

A portion of Interstate 25 within the current construction zone will close overnight Saturday, Sept. 26 to allow for infrastructure work related to the ongoing reconstruction project. I-25 will close between mileposts 186-187 between 7 p.m., Saturday, and 4 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 27.

Northbound traffic will exit at the Beverly Street/Bryan Stock Trail off ramp (exit 186). From there northbound traffic will detour north on Bryan Stock Trail to Amoco Road. Traffic will reenter the interstate at the Shoshoni Bypass interchange (exit 189).

Southbound traffic will exit at the Beverly Street/Bryan Stock Trail off ramp (exit 186) and detour to Yellowstone Highway. Traffic will reenter the interstate at the Yellowstone Highway on ramp. 

During this time, Beverly Street will be reduced to one lane in each direction. Southbound interstate traffic will not be able to left onto Beverly Street. Northbound interstate traffic will not be able to turn right onto Beverly Street.

Flaggers and traffic control will be present. Please pay attention to detour signs, flaggers and construction activities.
