Public Meeting to take place July 8

The Wyoming Department of Transportation will be hosting a public open house at the Etna Community Center, 107736 Highway 89, on July 8, 2014 at 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The purpose of this open house style meeting will be to present the proposed five- and four-lane alternatives; including a study video, visual simulation and preliminary roadway design plans; and provide a general project update for the study. In addition, the team would like to obtain public input and comments on the proposed improvements.
 
At the meeting, information on the project history, purpose and need, and a current scheduled timeline will be available. Alternatives will be presented and there will be presentation boards with resource information such as maps and roll plots available for the public to examine and review. WYDOT officials will be on-hand to answer any specific questions or concerns about the project that may arise.
 
All materials presented at the public open house, including display boards and the study video including a visual simulation of the proposed alternatives, are available on the study website.
 
Interested parties do not need to be present at the public open house to provide comments. Comments can be mailed to the address below:
