The Wyoming Department of Transportation, along with contract crews from Kilroy, LCC, out of Afton, will be closing a section of WYO 238 at road marker 3.8, Stump Creek for the installation of a new box culvert. The closure will begin this Monday, June 17. Drivers will be detoured around the town of Auburn. The closure is expected to last about 6 to 7 weeks.
The overall project encompasses a full-depth reclamation paving operation, along with grading, draining, chip sealing, bridge replacements and other miscellaneous work from road marker 0 to 12.10.
Work is always weather dependent and delays in the schedule are possible. The completion date for this project is June 30, 2020.
