A $2.3 million project pavement rehabilitation project through the community of Shell is scheduled to begin about May 1 on US 14.
Mountain Construction Co., of Lovell is the prime contractor.
"Work includes Americans with Disabilities Act improvements through Shell, including an asphalt pavement leveling and overlay," said Wyoming Department of Transportation resident engineer Michael Miller of Basin. "Mountain Construction's schedule calls for the beginning of dirt, pipe and sidewalk removal work first, with paving scheduled about the end of May."
The Wyoming Transportation Commission awarded the project contract to Mountain Construction Co., in March.
Project completion date is June 30, 2020.
