RAWLINS, Wyo. – Work to resurface part of WYO 789 and rehab a bridge between Creston Junction and Baggs is scheduled to begin on Monday, July 29.
Crews with McGarvin Moberly Construction will begin traffic control on Monday at MM 30.37, which is the location of the bridge rehab over Muddy Creek about 20 miles north of Baggs.
During the rehab part of the project, one direction of traffic will be allowed to cross the bridge at a time. A temporary traffic signal will be in place.
A second bridge rehab will begin Sept. 9 at MM 20.59.
In addition to the bridge rehabs, WYO 789 will be resurfaced from about MM 20 to about MM 30.
Drivers should use caution in work zones and obey traffic control.
