WYO 230 to close again due to Badger Creek Fire

LARAMIE, Wyo. – WYO 230 from Woods Landing to the Colorado state line will close at 10 a.m. today, Friday, June 29, due to wildfire activity associated with the Badger Creek Fire.

The closure will last until the road is safe to reopen.

On Thursday afternoon, WYO 230 was temporarily closed and then reopened Thursday evening after fire activity decreased.

The Badger Creek Fire began Sunday, June 10, and grew to at least 20,357 acres.
