Fremont County law enforcement officers make 252 traffic stops over Labor Day holiday, arrest seven drunk drivers

A late summer Fremont County multi-agency DUI enforcement operation led to 252 traffic stops and the arrests of seven drunk drivers. In a three-day operation over the Labor Day Weekend, the focus was on impaired drivers. Fremont County law enforcement officers also issued 71 speeding tickets and 10 seat belt citations. Williams Street signal on U.S. 85 to be temporarily replaced

CHEYENNE, Wyoming – The “span-wire” style traffic signal on US 85 at Williams Street south of Cheyenne will be replaced with a temporary signal for four months beginning Wednesday, Sept. 19. Aviator to be honored in Cody

The Wyoming Aviation Hall of Fame will honor its 27th inductee Sept. 21 in Cody. Stephen J. “Jack” Duggleby, formerly of Cody, is the 2018 inductee.
